These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Boulder Fire Restoration Pros website and the fire restoration services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Boulder Fire Restoration Pros provides fire and smoke damage restoration services across Boulder County and the Colorado Front Range, including:

• Smoke damage cleanup and soot removal
• Smoke odor elimination
• Wildfire smoke damage remediation
• Fire damage reconstruction
• Emergency board-up and tarping
• Firefighting water extraction and structural dry-out
• Fire content restoration and pack-out
• Commercial fire restoration
• Kitchen fire restoration
• Insurance claims coordination

Service agreements

All restoration projects are governed by a written project agreement signed before work begins. The project agreement defines scope, pricing, timeline, and payment terms specific to your project. These Terms apply in addition to your project agreement; in the event of conflict, the project agreement controls.

Pricing and payment

Restoration work is priced based on the scope of damage assessed on-site and documented in Xactimate or equivalent industry-standard pricing. We provide free initial assessments and detailed estimates before work begins. For insured claims, we typically bill the carrier directly; you are responsible for your deductible. For private-pay clients, payment terms are specified in the project agreement.

Insurance coordination

We coordinate with your insurance carrier and adjuster on your behalf when authorized. Under Colorado Revised Statute 10-4-120, you have the right to choose any qualified restoration contractor. We do not assume your obligations under your insurance policy; you remain responsible for understanding your coverage and complying with policy requirements.

Warranty

We warrant our work for the period specified in your project agreement. Our 100% Smoke Odor Elimination Guarantee provides re-treatment at no charge if smoke odor returns within 30 days of project completion, subject to the terms documented in the project agreement.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific work that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Colorado law.

Website use

The content on our website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep the content accurate and current, we make no warranties about its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. Reliance on website content is at your own risk.

Intellectual property
